Culture Wars' Music Video Will Spook You Out of Your Seat & onto the Dance Floor

Austin rock trio CULTURE WARS who will be supporting Robert DeLong at the start of his 2018 Fall Tour is at it again with a spooky music video for their single "Bones", just in time for Halloween! This tune is a driving anthem about trusting your gut instincts. (Scroll down to watch).

The Texas natives come “blazing out of the gate” (PopMatters), as they fuse electronic textures with punchy guitars as they sing about society ills and searching for solutions.

Their five-song debut Culture Wars EP is pure adrenaline, merging edgy, infectious song craft with inventive electronic textures, punchy guitar work, insistent melodic hooks and the commanding vocals of charismatic frontman, Alex Dugan.

The band name, Culture Wars, “If anything, it's an anti-statement,” Dugan remarks. “We just want everyone to drop it all for a couple of minutes and let loose.”

Culture Wars rock, electronic, and rap/hip-hop elements point to their overall diversity as people, and have helped them develop the distinctive and widely accessible sound they are taking to a wider audience. This sound has resulted in playlist features on Spotify, Vevo, Apple Music and sharing bills with Metric, Naked Giants, and Robert Delong.

The Austin-based trio features lead vocalist Alex Dugan, Mic Vredenburgh on guitar and electronics, and David Grayson on drums.

They are a breath of fresh air to the music industry with their unique sound and visually stunning graphics and videos. Make sure to catch them on tour and add them to your playlist!
