British-rising-star Griff closed her first US headline tour at The Fonda Theatre in commanding fashion. Rocking a spectacular black-and-white dress styled by Kamran Rajput at Wed Studio, she showed off her dynamic vocal range and orchestrated an enthusiastic dance floor throughout the night. While the highly anticipated performance of her latest single “Head on Fire” met expectations at ease, her medley of “Heart of Gold” and Lorde’s “Royals” stole the spotlight for the night.
It wouldn’t be a hyperbole to say that Griff is a generational talent. Although there’s no telling of how her music will transform over time, one thing we’re certain of, is that this headliner is the first of many to come - the beginning of a long, transcending career.
